# Theoretical Floor Price

Each NFT issued by LRWA will employ a novel mechanism to determine its theoretical floor price.

In essence, every TH included within the NFT will yield X, which represents the yield on an annual basis for every NFT held over the course of a 12-month holding period.

In the future, we will be publishing the estimated rewards based on the current difficulty, projected TTM difficulty, and the theoretical floor price of our NFTs.
